Hennebery Eddy Architects Announces Architectural Licensures, LEED AP Certifications and Design Commission Appointment

PORTLAND, Ore. (November 8, 2016) –Hennebery Eddy Architects’ commitment to civic engagement, supporting professional development, providing educational resources and reimbursing licensing fees and time for staff is being celebrated in the recent licensure of architects Collin Janke, AIA and Adam Lawler, AIA; LEED AP BD+C credentials of new design staff members Meghan Wirtner and Pooja Kashyap; and the appointment of project architect Camilla Cok, AIA to the City of Gresham Design Commission.

Collin Janke, AIA, completed his NCARB Architectural Registration Examination and is licensed to practice architecture in the State of Oregon. He joined Hennebery Eddy Architects in 2013. Collin is project architect for renovations to the Lake Oswego Library, and is providing construction administration services for a large expansion of a manufacturing facility in the Portland metropolitan area. Collin has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon.

Adam Lawler, AIA, completed his NCARB Architectural Registration Examination and is licensed to practice architecture in the State of Oregon. He is involved in design detailing for the dormitories at the Yellowstone National Park Youth Campus in Wyoming and was recently responsible for the design of 30,000 square feet of commercial office and operations space as part of the Portland International Airport Terminal Balancing and Concourse E Extension. Adam joined Hennebery Eddy Architects in 2014. He has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon.

Two new members of the design staff at Hennebery Eddy Architects are now LEED Accredited Professionals with Building Design and Construction credentials, strengthening the firm’s sustainable design expertise. Pooja Kashyap LEED AP BD+C has a Master of Architecture degree with a Certificate in Historic Preservation from the University of Cincinnati. She joined Hennebery Eddy Architects in June, and is a member of the design team for the Portland International Airport Terminal Balancing and Concourse E Extension. Meghan Wirtner LEED AP BD+C joined the firm in July, and is a member of design teams for upgrades to Jim Fisher Volvo and the Portland International Airport Terminal Balancing and Concourse E Extension. She has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon.

Reinforcing Hennebery Eddy Architects’ commitment to civic engagement, Camilla Cok, AIA has been appointed to the City of Gresham Design Commission. The Commission is the primary advising subcommittee to the Gresham City Council on design excellence for the city. As Commissioner, Camilla’s sustainable design leadership, thoughtful design capabilities and technical expertise help guide the Commission in its recommendations on the future of Gresham’s built environment.
