City of Portland Bureau of Water Works Interstate Facilities Master Plan
We worked with the Bureau of Water Works to develop a Master Plan which promotes the long-term viability of the existing 11-acre Interstate site. The Master Plan establishes a road map for the Bureau to use in addressing current, mid-range and future program and functional issues, facility shortcomings, and code issues inherent to the existing building and yard complex. Flexibility is inherent to the implementation plan, to accommodate shifts in funding levels and facility utilization while maximizing the spending impact and efficiency for maintenance, improvements and building expansion/replacement over the next two decades, in order to promote the long-term viability of the property. |
