Eastern Oregon University - Zabel Hall

Comprehensive upgrade of Zabel Hall for Eastern Oregon University.  The two-story approximately 40,000 square foot classroom building is shared by the College of Education and the College of Business.   The University wishes to address deferred maintenance, increase energy efficiency, improve teaching environments, and increase the building’s vitality.
