Labor & Industries Building
Building envelope improvements, complex mechanical and electrical system improvements, elevator upgrades, and energy conservation measures for the State of Oregon’s 175,000 square foot Labor and Industries building on the Capitol Mall in Salem. The project was phased over a series of biennium funding periods and required extensive coordination and oversight to provide the necessary upgrades within the financial and operational constraints of the State of Oregon and the users of the fully occupied building. |
