Lile International Tenant Improvement

 

This 8,900 square foot tenant improvement houses the corporate offices of Lile International Companies in Tigard, Oregon and features 12 private offices, 24 open work stations, a glass-walled conference room, multi-purpose instructional space, and employee break and work areas.  Quartersawn cherry doors and casework, carpet with slate inlay accents, and a custom designed cherry, steel, and slate reception desk are some of the design elements used throughout the space.
