PCC Newberg Center - Master Plan
Portland Community College (PCC) engaged Hennebery Eddy to prepare a campus master plan of their new center on a 15 acre site in Newberg. The master plan includes six buildings, pedestrian plazas, and parking facilities. Site circulation, building orientation, constructability of future phases, maintenance, and neighborhood implications were addressed and defined.
Subsequent to the master plan, Hennebery Eddy designed the first phase of campus development, consisting of a 13,500 square foot academic and administration building and associated parking. The LEED Platinum-Goal project is participating in the Energy Trust of Oregon’s Path to Net-Zero incentives program and incorporates highly efficient systems that minimize energy and water use.
