Port of Portland - Flight Information and Paging Infrastructure

The Flight Information and Paging (FLIP) Infrastructure project included structures for twenty-eight sites throughout the public areas at PDX. The stainless steel structures were custom-designed to address future system needs such as accommodating changing out monitors with potentially different sizes and adding wi-fi capabilities. The structures carefully conceal data and power. Designed as free-standing, wall braced, or overhead suspended structures, the various FLIP installations remain consistent with the airport design.
