Ashley is a leader in interior design, master planning, and sustainable design who collaborates with teams to create human-centered and safe environments benefiting end users. Based on her prior work experience with a sustainability consulting firm, she brings an approach that synthesizes functionality and technical requirements with creativity and a sustainable ethos. Ashley has worked on more than 100 LEED projects and is skilled at generating net-positive solutions that help projects achieve high-performance goals while providing engaging, community-focused interior environments. In 2020, Ashley received the first-ever Honorable Mention in Sustainable Leadership award from IIDA Oregon. She holds a bachelor of science in interior design from Oregon State University and is nationally accredited by the Council for Interior Design Qualification.
