“Montana’s natural beauty and its people are incredibly important to me. As an architect I work hard to shape the built environment so both can thrive.”
Ben founded Comma-Q Architecture in 1993 and joins the Hennebery Eddy Architects fold in 2021. He is motivated by community-centered projects and good planning and design. A natural relationship builder, Ben brings the right people together to create successful teams and solutions — turning client visions, wants, and needs into beautiful and functional designs. Ben’s approach is based on an understanding of context and history but is also influenced by various patterns and forms. His work has strengthened the sense of place in communities and on campuses in Bozeman, Montana, and the Mountain West. Ben earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the School of Architecture at Montana State University, where he currently serves on the Advisory Council.
