Blair has over 17 years of experience working on existing buildings, adaptive reuse, and rehabilitation projects for public and private clients, including national and state parks. Learning through practical experience, Blair is drawn to the puzzles and constraints posed by older buildings and enjoys being able to breathe new life into older structures that may have otherwise been demolished. He is the primary point of contact for multiple Oregon State Parks projects at Fort Stevens State Park, coordinating essential design team and consultant meetings, putting together schedules and work plans, and managing the quality control process, as well as for the hazardous materials abatement effort at Building 527 ‘The Fort’ in Yosemite National Park. Blair received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon.
