Students, staff, and faculty at colleges and universities throughout the West have benefited from Jane’s campus planning and academic project leadership; she has designed numerous classroom, laboratory, and community spaces on more than a dozen campuses. A leader in higher education, Jane also has deep experience with independent K-12 schools, public libraries, and sustainable design. Prior to joining Hennebery Eddy, Barker was a senior project manager at Oregon State University–Cascades, overseeing and guiding the development of the new Bend campus. Jane is a member of the Society of College and University Planners and the Design Build Institute of America, supporting innovative approaches to academic projects. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon.
