“I try to understand how my clients operate and what their priorities and vision are for a project. I dig in and try to absorb as much information as possible so that I can connect the dots that may not always jump out. This allows me to gain a more holistic view of projects so that I can be a trusted adviser to our clients.”

Justin is a senior aviation project manager who has lead the planning, directing, and realizing of aviation projects on both owner and consultant teams throughout the U.S. for a decade. Justin served five years as the Sustainability and Resilience Program Director in Hillsborough County, Florida, effectively managing more than $20M in capital improvement projects for Tampa International Airport and three general aviation airports. During this time, he implemented energy-efficient design concepts into facilities to reduce total carbon emissions as outlined by ACI-NA Carbon Accreditation Program, and he drove feasibility studies that lead to a thorough review of the existing Sustainable Management Plan and the creation of a Resiliency Action Plan. Justin holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida.
