Kim is a versatile design leader with more than 16 years of experience specializing in aviation environments, including terminal design, stakeholder engagement, and technical delivery. With a background in both design leadership and airport operations, she blends strategic thinking, technical expertise, and human-centered design to create inclusive, high-performing terminal experiences. Kim is known for her curiosity and solutions-driven approach, consistently translating complex goals into thoughtful, efficient spaces. Passionate about innovation and inclusivity, she is dedicated to elevating the travel experience through design that balances operational excellence with human connection. She has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from The University of the Arts and a Master of Science in Interior Architecture + Design from Drexel University.
