Mike’s experience as a project designer and leader has focused on high-performance, sustainable solutions that result in durable, beautiful, and user-responsive spaces. Over the past 14 years, he has developed expertise in the collaborative delivery of regenerative buildings, from zero-energy pocket neighborhoods to outdoor school facilities designed to meet the Living Building Challenge. Mike thrives most when digging into details as a part of a team, working toward compelling and transformative design solutions. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon. He currently serves as the NextGen Chair of the DBIA Oregon chapter.
