Patrick has more than a decade of experience contributing to a variety of civic, academic, and cultural projects. Familiar with the technical side of design, Patrick has extensive experience figuring out the constructability and detail of unique conditions. He is also well-versed in working with AHJ regarding design review submissions, appeal writing, preliminary fire life safety meetings, and permitting coordination. He most recently wrapped up a transformational renovation of the Astoria Public Library, which reopened in 2025 to enthusiastic public reception. Patrick received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon, with a minor in Historic Preservation.
