Will leads large-scale urban design and planning and highly sustainable development projects, managing the collaborative efforts of large consultant teams and diverse stakeholder groups. His design approach is supported by previous experience in construction management and business operations. Will is a leader in sustainable design, including work on two proposed campuses of living buildings, presenting on net-positive design at national conferences, and teaching graduate level sustainable design studios at the University of Oregon. He is a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) through the Passive House Institute US and holds Living Future Accreditation through the International Living Future Institute. Will has a Bachelor of Design degree from Clemson University and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon.
