Decathlon Club and Sub-4 Pub

For the Decathlon Club and Sub-4 Pub, we blended progressive ideas about corporate food service with elements of the company’s rich history and Northwest roots. We designed a sleek, modern presentation kitchen where patrons can choose cooked-to-order food from rotisserie, brick oven, and grill stations. To support the 1,100 transactions that occur each day, we used timeless, durable materials throughout the space. We designed a variety of custom seating options in the dining areas to encourage employee collaboration and impromptu interaction away from the classic office environment.
