Our assessment of 48 Oregon court facilities included more than 2.5 million square feet of facilities and more than 133,000 data points. Completed in just 33 weeks, the assessments provided an overview of each facility’s condition and how well they met the Oregon Judicial Department guidelines with regard to configuration, space allocation, security, code compliance, physical condition, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, structural systems, and costs. The project won praise from the State Legislature for meeting the stated objective and being delivered on time and under budget. Of the 48 courthouses, 20 are historically significant buildings.
“Pressed very hard, [Hennebery Eddy Architects] still performed with excellence.”
